Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an engineering professional to configure, test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies in a cleanroom. You will develop testing procedures from schematics, perform functional tests, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and experience with semiconductor equipment are essential for success. The role includes preparing comprehensive technical reports, supporting equipment setup, and working on shift schedules

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Ability to read, interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, specifications and procedures.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment, testing and maintenance activities.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools and electronic test instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable in a cleanroom environment and able to work on shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits, components, instrumentation, and mechanical assemblies to ensure optimal performance.

• Develop and implement testing specifications, methodologies, and procedures based on technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.

• Conduct functional testing, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting of sub-assemblies and complete systems.

• Perform repairs, modifications, and adjustments to assemblies or systems based on test findings and performance requirements.

• Prepare comprehensive technical reports detailing test outcomes, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and recommendations.

• Assist in the selection, setup, and operation of specialized testing and measurement equipment.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to support experimental activities, including test setup, data collection, validation, and analysis.
