Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer for on-site technical support in Singapore.

You will install, commission, test, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites, ensuring quality and uptime. The role requires a diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics and at least 2 years of relevant field service experience, with N3 Laser Licence as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and seek support when needed.
• Customer-focused with strong service orientation, flexibility, and patience.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial or large-scale machinery.
• N3 Laser Licence/Certification is a plus.
• Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or packaging substrate industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with regional and overseas technical teams to deliver high-quality technical support and services.
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports, maintenance records, and related documentation.
• Provide operational guidance and basic technical training to customers when required.
• Work in cleanroom, manufacturing, and industrial environments while adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures.
