Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Application Services/Performance in Singapore. You’ll support enterprise customers, diagnose complex issues, and work with Engineering to improve our App Services tools and documentation.

You will handle DNS, HTTP/S, TLS, and edge-delivery configurations, leveraging command-line tools and scripting. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years supporting globally distributed reverse-proxy CDN platforms.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, HTTP/S, TLS, load balancing and caching.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers on App Services/Performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex network and service issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering to remediate issues and improve tooling.
• Document knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
