Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Application Services/Performance to assist our Enterprise customers with complex technical issues and premium support. You will work with DNS, HTTP errors, IAM, load balancing, caching and SSL/TLS configurations to ensure smooth deployment and operation of Cloudflare App Services.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Operations to remediate issues, improve documentation, and deliver high-quality, personalized assistance across channels.

Qualifications

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers.
Experience with web security concepts and application services is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers on Application Services/Performance.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving DNS, HTTP errors, IAM, load balancing and SSL/TLS.
Collaborate with Engineering to remediate issues and improve tools and guides.
