INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a manufacturing client in Singapore to hire a Technical Sales Engineer (HVAC).

The role demands proactive client engagement, technical proficiency, and end-to-end tendering capability. You will develop energy-efficient HVAC solutions and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project delivery. The position offers a permanent contract and a base-plus-commission package, with on-site work at Kaki Bukit and standard Monday–Friday

Qualifications

1 year of sales experience in HVAC, cooling systems, or industrial equipment.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems (cooling towers, chillers, heat exchangers).
Experience in tendering, proposal preparation, and cost estimation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect and engage clients to promote and sell HVAC and ATCS solutions. Close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Serve as the technical expert for ATCS during client presentations and analyze requirements.
Manage end-to-end tender process: attend briefings, site visits, and prepare detailed proposals and RFPs.
Calculate BOQs, select equipment, ensure specs meet project requirements.
Optimize HVAC solutions balancing client needs with internal cost control and margins.
Link between client, internal engineering, and external vendors to ensure smooth pre-sales to project transition.
