Job summary

Karooooo is seeking an on-site technical support professional in Singapore to assist clients with system operation and configuration. You will learn and support our products, diagnose and resolve issues, and coordinate with engineering and support teams to ensure smooth deployments.

You will also gather requirements, provide user guidance, and document resolutions while traveling to client sites as needed. A Diploma or Degree in CS/IT/EE or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Good understanding of software, hardware, networking and troubleshooting concepts.
• Willingness to travel or work at client sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to assigned clients and ensure smooth operation of systems.
• Learn and become proficient in the company’s products, systems, software and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, connectivity, hardware and software.
• Perform system configuration, testing, installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential technical issues.
• Support system implementation, testing, deployment and project activities at client sites.
• Gather client requirements and feedback, and relay to internal teams.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and end users when required.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, issues and solutions.
