KAROOOOO MANAGEMENT COMPANY PTE. LTD. seeks an on-site technical professional to support client systems and deployments. You will learn company products, troubleshoot hardware/software, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations at client sites.

The role requires a diploma/degree in IT-related fields, with preference for an Electrical & Electronic Engineering background. Travel to client locations is expected as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS, IT, CE or a related field.
• Electrical & Electronic Engineering background is an advantage.
• Strong interest in learning technical systems and solutions.
• Good understanding of software, hardware, networking basics.
• Ability to diagnose problems and provide practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project timelines, deliverables and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigations.
• Prepare reports and maintain audit records.
• Liaise between project teams, compliance and stakeholders.
• Provide on-site technical support to clients.
• Learn and become proficient in company products and processes.
• Troubleshoot system functionality, connectivity, hardware and software.
• Configure, test, install, maintain and troubleshoot systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor system performance and pre-empt issues.
• Support implementation, testing, deployment at client sites.
• Gather client requirements and feedback, communicate to teams.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and end users.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps.
• Conduct user training and demonstrations.
• Participate in project meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure tasks meet timelines and standards.
• Perform other technical and project duties.
