Job summary

KAROOOOO MANAGEMENT COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site technical support professional to install, configure, and troubleshoot our systems at client locations in Singapore. You will learn our products, engage with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

The role requires a diploma or degree in IT/CS, strong communication, and willingness to travel to client sites. You will provide training and maintain clear documentation while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• On-site technical support and client interaction
• Solid understanding of basic software, hardware, networking and troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose problems and implement practical solutions
• Willingness to travel or work at client sites when required
• Proactive in learning and supporting technical systems and solutions
• Experience in technical support, application support or project engineering is an advantage
• Experience with IoT, GPS/telematics or connected devices is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to clients and ensure smooth operation of systems and solutions
• Learn and become proficient in company products, systems and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, connectivity, hardware and software
• Perform configuration, testing, installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact clients
• Support system implementation, testing and deployment at client sites
• Gather and analyze client requirements and communicate with internal teams
• Provide technical guidance and explanations to clients and end users
• Maintain documentation of configurations, issues and solutions
• Conduct basic user training and demonstrations
• Participate in project meetings and client site activities
• Ensure tasks are completed to company standards
• Perform other technical and project-related duties
