Job summary

The role requires strong troubleshooting, good communication, and a willingness to travel to client locations while collaborating with engineering and support teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Electrical & Electronic Engineering background is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software, hardware, networking and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to assigned clients and ensure smooth operation of systems.
• Learn and become proficient in company products, systems, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, connectivity, hardware and software.
• Perform configuration, testing, installation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
