Job summary

BUSINESS INTEGRATION GURU PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deploy and support systems, diagnose issues, and provide technical assistance to clients across Singapore, onsite or remote. The role includes maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT support, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. MCP participation is welcome, with training provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates willing to participate in the MCP.
• Aged 40 years old and above for MCP Programme.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in IT, Computer, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant IT support engineering experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and take on technical challenges.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical support and hands-on training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support systems, software applications, and IT peripherals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide technical support to clients across Singapore (onsite and/or remote).
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor and manage clients’ IT infrastructure, including networks and systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.
