Job summary

IX Technology Pte. Ltd.

is seeking an engineering professional to support the Technical Manager in procuring materials and labor within budget, and to supervise the technical team for daily operations in a data center environment. You will ensure maintenance standards, safety practices, and thorough documentation across MOS/RA processes, while addressing client inquiries and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering related field.
• Min 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Pro-active and able to work independently and unsupervised at times.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Manager negotiate/procure materials, equipment and labor within allocated budget.
• Coordinate and supervise Technical Team’s day-to-day technical operations (routine servicing, maintenance & T&C processes).
• Ensure technical operations are carried out according to required standards.
• Provide excellent service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Assist in handling/storage of materials and equipment.
• Ensure safety practices are followed.
• Review and implement MOS & RA docs.
• Ensure work completed are of highest standards.
• Troubleshoot and carry out repair work for M&E Infrastructures services in Data Center.
• Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support for customers.
• Liaise with authorities/subcontractors/clients/suppliers on maintenance, repair & T&C jobs.
• Maintain internal and external technical and operational documentation.
• To support and standby for emergency cases.
