Job summary

ix technology pte. ltd. seeks a results-driven Facilities & M&E Operations Lead to oversee data centre operations, maintenance and critical environment projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure uptime, safety and compliance, while planning manpower deployment and annual shutdown services. You will manage budgets, monitor service levels, drive SOP updates, and provide technical proposals for upgrades and tender support.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in data centre, M&E, facilities management, or critical environment operations.
• Experience in data centre operations, maintenance and M&E projects.
• Experience in project coordination, testing & commissioning and system handover.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor, and review performance for service staff or technicians.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and handle escalated customer complaints.
• Monitor service metrics, analyze feedback, and update SOPs for better efficiency.
• Manage department budgets, control operational costs, and oversee parts or equipment inventory.
• Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, or third-party service providers.
• Planning of Daily Operations manpower deployment.
• Oversees of Vehicle Maintenance.
• Lead & Plan Annual Building Electrical Shutdown Services
• Oversee Manpower arrangements for adhoc work.
• Oversee tech operations administrative department etc PTW , RA , MOS
• Oversee staff welfare and mental state at works
• Provide Technical proposals to clients for upgrading works or budgetary planning
• Provide technical or service advise to internal departments for tender
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure quality of work
