Role Overview

• Permanent, full-time position

• Supervise and support a team of technicians and operational personnel to maintain high standards of service quality.

• Organise and allocate work assignments to achieve agreed timelines and service commitments.

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth execution.

• Investigate technical concerns, determine appropriate corrective actions, and oversee issues through to successful closure.

• Monitor applicable legislation, codes, and industry requirements, ensuring all activities remain compliant with prevailing regulations.

• Maintain accurate reports, work records, and supporting documentation for operational and audit purposes.

• Work closely with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to deliver projects effectively and within established requirements.

• Identify operational or technical difficulties, implement practical solutions, and improve system performance where necessary.

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work programmes, schedules, and project activities.

• Strong reasoning and diagnostic capabilities, with the ability to evaluate problems and develop effective solutions.

• Sound understanding of workplace safety practices, regulatory obligations, and compliance requirements relevant to technical projects.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence working collaboratively with, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with relevant technical or industry-specific software.

• Self-driven and dependable, with the ability to work with minimal supervision while handling competing priorities effectively.

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Prior exposure to engineering, technical operations, maintenance, or related industry practices will be advantageous.
