AlsTrans Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Lead to supervise Supervisors and Technicians, optimize manpower allocation, and drive safe, on-time project delivery. You will manage budgets, implement lean processes, and maintain KPIs for productivity and quality.
The role requires 2–5 years in operations or building services, with strong coordination and communication skills, and proficiency in ERP/management systems. On-site work in Singapore is expected.
Lead, supervise, and schedule the daily operations of Supervisors and Technicians to ensure efficient manpower deployment.
Manage operational budgets and implement lean resource management initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operating costs through the use of technology and process improvements.
Ensure projects and service works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Develop and monitor operational KPIs to improve team performance, productivity, quality, and resource utilization.
Monitor and reduce absenteeism, overtime, rework, and defect rates through effective workforce planning and performance management.
Manage logistics, inventory, and material control to ensure timely availability and accountability of equipment and materials.
Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to support smooth operational and project execution.
Maintain accurate operational records, project documentation, and reports for management review and continuous improvement.
Support HR initiatives, including workforce planning, employee communications, onboarding, and operational procedures.
Prepare operational statistics, performance reports, and management dashboards to support business decisions.
Perform any other duties as assigned while ensuring compliance with ISO standards, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ACMV/MEP or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in operations, engineering, facilities or building services.
Experience in ACMV/MEP, maintenance or construction operations will be an advantage.
Good understanding of manpower planning, scheduling and resource management.
Strong problem-solving, coordination and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple operational matters effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or operations management systems is an advantage.
