Job summary

Newtech Technology (South Asia) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced facilities operations specialist to maintain and troubleshoot critical facility systems. You will ensure 24x7 operational health, perform on-site support, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

The role requires leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure, with exposure to data centre environments and ISO procedures. Driving license is preferred, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical services.
• At least 3 years of managing operations matters.
• At least 5 years in carrying out maintenance work.
• Data Centre experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership & Supervisory skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Class 3 Driving License preferred.

About the role

Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting for all Facility Systems to ensure its operational health 24x7. This role may require travel to customer's facilities on short notice, including after office hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers as needed

• Train and monitor contractors providing Systems servicing
