Job summary

A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Technical Officer to handle maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CCTV, ACS, or IDS, a Class 3 license, and must be willing to commit to rotational standby duties. Competitive salary of up to $3,000 with additional allowances will be provided.

Qualifications

• Require hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of at least 1 of the following systems OR in facilities management.
• Require minimum Class 3 license, possession of own car/motorbike is preferred.
• Require G50 clearance for access to military camps.

Responsibilities

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on service/maintenance issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.

Technical Officer

• Working location: Tan Boon Liat Building (Near Havelock MRT)
• Working days & hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary range:

• Technical Officer (Up to $3000)
• Senior Technical Officer (Up to $4100)
• Car allowance $750 / Motor Allowance $400 / Company Van $150 (By reimbursement basis) + AWS + VB

Requirements:

• Require hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of at least 1 of the following systems OR in facilities management: CCTV System, Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
• Require min class 3 licence, possession of own car/motorbike is preferred
• Require G50 clearance (Cat2A) for access to military camps for work
• Willing to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours

Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
  Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
