Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

• Drive automation across build, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

• Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to enable continuous delivery.

• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization practices.

• Ensure system reliability, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.

• Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance and best practices.

• Enforce security, compliance, and DevSecOps standards across environments.

Requirements

• 9 years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in DevOps / Cloud leadership roles.

• 8-9 years of experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure management.

• Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).

• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar).

• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).

• Good understanding of networking, security, and Linux systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
