PERSOL is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our client in Singapore. The role involves handling customer inquiries via multiple channels, preparing quotations for services, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in an engineering discipline, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a strong interest in technical sales. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent coordination skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record.
• Strong interest in developing a career in technical or engineering sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in quotation preparation and customer inquiry management is preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent administrative, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in sales support or spare parts coordination is an advantage.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and internal stakeholders through various communication platforms.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer inquiries via messaging platforms, calls, and email, coordinating with internal teams to clarify requirements.
• Prepare and issue precise service, technical, and spare parts quotations, detailing pricing and lead times.
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, outstanding quotations, and order fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track spare parts availability and delivery schedules to meet customer and urgent recovery needs.
• Follow up on service reports, delivery acknowledgments, and other pertinent sales documentation.
• Maintain thorough records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Provide administrative support to senior roles as needed, fostering a collaborative environment.
