Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator in Singapore to manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp, telephone and email, and to coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and prepare quotes.

You will prepare quotations, monitor purchase orders and delivery schedules, track service and spare parts activities, and provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure timely service delivery and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Interest in a long-term career in technical or engineering sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in preparing quotations and coordinating service schedules is a plus.
• Organised and able to manage multiple quotations and orders simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email and coordinate requirements.
• Prepare and issue service and spare parts quotations with pricing and lead times.
• Monitor purchase orders and quotations to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Field Service, and Internal Sales to ensure delivery.
• Track spare parts availability and delivery schedules for urgent needs.
• Follow up on service reports and delivery acknowledgements.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and schedules.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to Senior Sales Coordinator.
