Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to manage quotations, orders, and fulfillment across regional and global accounts. You will coordinate end-to-end order processes and liaise with logistics to source freight quotations, while supporting multiple internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in Inside Sales or Sales Support within IT/tech sectors, with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and strong ERP/CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Sales Support in IT/Tech/Electronics/Electrical industries.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, freight assumptions, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of inside sales activities, including quotation preparation, sales order processing, and order fulfilment.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, pricing, Incoterms, and freight assumptions.
• Coordinate end-to-end order management, from order entry through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Liaise with logistics providers to source freight quotations and coordinate shipment arrangements through manual processes where required.
• Work closely with the Global Account Manager to provide sales administration and operational support for regional and global customer accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely updates and effective resolution to order- and delivery-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless order execution.
• Monitor inventory availability and support stock planning activities to meet customer delivery requirements (where applicable).
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order records within the ERP/CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by management.
