The role includes handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with Sales, Engineering and Production to ensure smooth order processing. Applicants should have a diploma and 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office and CRM familiarity, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Well-organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) products is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries, process requests, and provide timely support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requests in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Provide sales administration and coordination support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to support order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and updates in the CRM system.
• Support account management activities and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Perform other sales support duties as assigned.
