Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• 3–5 years in Inside Sales, Order Management, and basic Procurement/Material Sourcing.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, industrial, or other technical product industries.
• Familiarity with commercial documentation (quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoices).

Responsibilities

• Support revenue generation through enquiry handling, quotation preparation, and order processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, internal sales teams, production, and support functions.
• Act as a key contact point for assigned customers and jobs, ensuring proactive communication and service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through adherence to Quality Management System and service standards.
• Assist in coordinating with Finance on payment follow-ups and outstanding receivables.
• Comply with HSE policies and participate in HSE initiatives.
• Ensure activities comply with company procedures and regulations.
• Continuously developing technical and commercial knowledge within the role.
