Job summary

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with regional teams to ensure accurate, timely pipeline updates and high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and SAP/Salesforce experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or relevant engineering required.
• Project management and leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce and MS Office beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing technical and commercial information.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, product management and technical teams to address customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Develop account plans and collaborate with regional teams to grow revenue.
