Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a cluster of facilities and lead a team of on-site contractors.
You will plan maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure preventive maintenance aligns with contract requirements; collaborate with client representatives to minimize disruption.

Manage, oversee, provide full attention and service to the cluster of facilities
Supervise, plan and organize a team of on‑site contractors in carrying out planned and ah‑hoc maintenanceand their work routines
Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the facilities through routine check and preventive maintenancestrategies.
Source, negotiate and follow up with contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work doneaccording to specifi cations.
Attend to day to day fault reporting and request by Client and their Users.
Attend monthly meeting to discuss on the contractual requirements and service level as required in thecontract.
Working closely with the Client Rep and their Users to ensure that the systems are maintained properly tominimize disruption to the Client and their Users.
Supervise service providers and ensure works are properly and safely executed and delivered on time.
Accountable for the delivery of contracts and will work closely with various service providers to ensuresmoothly delivery of the contract.
Minimum Diploma in any Engineering discipline (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related).
Experience in building operations and maintenance, including troubleshooting of building services systems.
Proven ability to lead and supervise on‑site teams and contractors, managing both planned and ad‑hoc maintenance works.
Competent in contractor coordination, preventive maintenance planning, and preparation of monthly and incident reports.
