Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore (Hougang site) is seeking a Technical Executive to support daily operations and lead a team delivering maintenance services on site.

You will supervise on-site contractors, troubleshoot building services, and ensure preventive maintenance aligns with client specifications.

The role requires a Diploma in Facilities Management and at least 3 years FM experience, with strong leadership and vendor coordination skills.

About the role

• Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations
• Lead a team in the provision and implementation of maintenance services at a designated client's site
• Troubleshoot building services failures
• Supervise, Plan and Organize a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ah-hoc maintenance and their work routines
• Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client's facilities through routine check and preventive maintenance strategies
• Source, negotiate and follow up with contractors on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications
• Preparations of monthly and incident report pertaining to the site

About you

Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related disciplines.

3 years of relevant experience in FM
