Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Shift Technical Executive to assist the Building Manager in daily operations and to lead a team responsible for maintenance services at designated site(s).

You will troubleshoot building services, supervise on-site contractors, plan work, and ensure preventive maintenance aligns with client specifications to maintain facility performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Able to commit to 12 hours shift.

Responsibilities
