Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a facilities supervisor on-site in Singapore to oversee daily building operations and delivery of IFM services. You will support the Facilities Manager, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure performance against KPIs across the facility.

You will lead a team of Technicians, manage contractor work, and prepare monthly progress reports while driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction in a dynamic, global real estate services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive facilities management services to meet client expectations per contract conditions.
• Assist the Facilities Manager / site lead in operations and building maintenance.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance, pest control, and horticulture tasks with contractors.
• Conduct weekly cleaner meetings and inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Deliver Integrated Facility Management (IFM) deliverables and meet KPIs.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrences.
• Manage logistics, obtain quotations, and handle invoicing for meetings and events.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports to track progress and identify improvements.
• Supervise a team of Technicians.

• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma holders in Building, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
