Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage daily facilities activities across client sites. You will liaise with vendors, obtain quotations, monitor schedules, and assist in onboarding new client accounts to ensure smooth operations.
The role involves maintaining records, invoices, and documentation, tracking inventory, and supporting billing processes. Entry-level candidates with up to 3 years’ experience are welcome to apply, with a Diploma in related fields.
Coordinate daily facilities management activities across multiple client sites.
Attend to client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and ad-hoc facilities services.
Obtain quotations and coordinate service works when required.
Monitor service schedules and follow up on work completion.
Support onboarding of new client accounts and operational setup.
Maintain records, reports, invoices, and operational documentation.
Track inventory of office and facilities-related supplies.
Assist in billing administration and vendor invoice processing.
Support site inspections and ensure service standards are met.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Entry-level candidates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
