Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support daily site operations, deputise for the Facilities Manager, and supervise a team of technical officers and contractors to ensure compliance and high service levels.
You will prepare monthly and incident reports, handle after-hours client cases including tenants, and coordinate ad-hoc projects while driving safe and compliant facilities.
Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations
Deputise as and when required if the Facilities Manager is not around
Manage the team of technical officers, sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate facility management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
Attend to any cases raised including after hours by the Client which includes the tenants where applicable
Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s)
Ensure smooth operations on site(s)
Manage ad-hoc project(s)
Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary
Minimum Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant facility management working experience
Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work
Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people Job Description & Requirement.
