Job summary

Koh Infrastructure Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on leader to head maintenance teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment across facilities management projects.

You will drive preventive maintenance programs, coordinate with clients, manage spare parts procurement, and ensure safety and reliability through proactive troubleshooting and cost control.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering (mechanical or electrical).
• 3-5 years' experience in M&E maintenance.
• Knowledge of fire protection, AV, and ACMV systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to troubleshoot M&E issues.
• Manage procurement for major items to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency.
• Plan and supervise preventive and condition-monitoring maintenance on major electrical equipment.
• Perform hands-on preventive and breakdown maintenance to restore equipment.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to align activities with site requirements.
• Diagnose faults within defined timeframes to maintain reliability and safety.
• Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of M&E systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Plan and supervise all facilities management activities to meet project objectives.
• Control project costs while maintaining quality and service excellence.
• Execute any other ad hoc duties to support operations.

• Manage procurement processes for major supply and repair items to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency
• Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and condition monitoring maintenance activities on major electrical equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform hands‑on preventive and breakdown maintenance tasks to restore and maintain equipment functionality
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to align maintenance and project activities with site requirements and timelines
• Diagnose and rectify faults within specified timeframes to maintain system reliability and safety
• Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure continuous operation
• Plan and supervise all facilities management and operational activities to meet project objectives and service standards
• Control project costs while maintaining quality and service excellence
• Execute any other ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in mechanical and electrical systems maintenance
• Technical knowledge of M&E systems including fire protection, AV, and ACMV systems is an advantage
• Ability to perform shift work as required
