UNISON CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end IT recruitment across client engagements in Singapore.

You will source, screen, and close candidates for niche tech roles, partnering with delivery and account leads to meet hiring targets. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT staffing or consulting, strong knowledge of IT hiring trends, and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in IT/tech staffing or consulting.
• Solid knowledge of IT hiring and current tech trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation.
• Partner with delivery/account leads to understand client hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for emerging technologies (Data, AI/ML, Cloud).
• Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures against project timelines.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
