Recruitpedia PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to lead recruitment and HR operations, building strong talent pipelines and delivering efficient services.

You will partner with managers, manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and HR admin, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations and accurate HR records.

The role offers a hands-on, regional scope in a dynamic engineering and industrial solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business or related field with 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office, HRIS and recruitment platforms with strong sourcing and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including profiling, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, salary proposals and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop sourcing strategies via portals, referrals, agencies, fairs and other channels.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities including documentation, work pass applications and orientation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records to support HR reporting, compliance, audits and planning.
• Support daily HR operations including leave, benefits, engagement, performance, welfare and relations.
• Review and improve recruitment and onboarding processes while supporting policies, compliance and HR projects.
