Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Python and automation scripting.
• Experience with enterprise AI capabilities in production support workflows with validation.

Responsibilities

• Provides trade floor support to the FX and Commodities front office traders and middle office operations.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity, with peer review and automated testing.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve automation value.
• Troubleshoots complex business and infrastructure issues with in-house trading applications to ensure continuity and minimal downtime.
• Develops monitoring tools, automation solutions and helper APIs to reduce manual work.
• Drives projects related to onboarding, infrastructure upgrades and resiliency management.
