Job summary

DCI Consultants Private Limited in Singapore West seeks an entry-level IT Support Specialist to keep live systems running. You’ll provide frontline technical assistance to end-users, resolve routine incidents, and help maintain security and network infrastructure.

Candidates with a Diploma in IT and knowledge of Windows Server, AWS basics, and Office apps are invited. The role requires willingness to rotate shifts and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with Windows Server Administration (2019+).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with network infrastructure, security, firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs.
• Basic understanding of AWS Cloud services (EC2, VPC, Security Groups, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure monitoring and incident handling in AWS.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Fresh graduates with passion for IT infrastructure are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary technical support to end-users for live systems.
• Resolve software and system issues related to remote devices, servers, networks, and security.
• Perform routine system administration, maintenance, health checks, patching, and configuration management.
• Monitor system performance and generate operational reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Support login issues, password resets, and access management requests.
• Assist in incident management and root cause analysis.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure and security systems.
• Assist in AWS cloud infrastructure administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
