The role requires guiding a team of up to 9 executives, driving outbound sales, and maintaining adherence to schedules and company policies near Aljunied MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in telesales or related fields.
• Knowledge of BCP, PGI, CGI, and HI products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 9 executives to meet SME General Insurance outbound sales targets.
• Develop strategies to maximize outreach and SME conversion rates.
• Coach team members to improve telesales skills and customer engagement.
• Ensure certifications (BCP, PGI, CGI, HI) are obtained and maintained.
• Manage daily operations near Aljunied MRT; ensure 9am–6:45pm work schedules.
• Train candidates with no supervisory experience for future managerial roles.
• Ensure CPF contributions and leave policies compliance.

Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of up to 9 executives and managers to drive outbound telesales targeting SMEs for General Insurance quotes, ensuring team performance and certification compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of up to 9 Executives, Senior Executives, and Assistant Managers to achieve outbound telesales targets for SME General Insurance quotes


• Develop and implement team strategies to maximize outreach and conversion rates in the SME segment


• Monitor and coach team members to improve telesales skills and customer engagement effectiveness


• Ensure all team members obtain and maintain required certifications (BCP, PGI, CGI, HI) within the stipulated timeframe


• Manage daily operations near Aljunied MRT, ensuring adherence to work schedules (Mon-Fri, 9am-6:45pm) and company policies


• Facilitate training and development for candidates without supervisory experience to prepare them for managerial roles


• Maintain compliance with CPF contribution requirements and company leave policies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in telesales or related fields


• Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Personal General Insurance (PGI), Commercial General Insurance (CGI), and Health Insurance (HI) products

Other Information

Work location: Near Aljunied MRT

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:45pm

Annual leave: 16 days
