Job summary

ATA (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Insurance Servicing & Operations Executive in Central Singapore. The role focuses on client servicing, claims processing, renewals, and daily operations within a small yet growing team.

You will work closely with the Agency Director to manage policy administration, endorsements and timely communications with clients and insurers. A Diploma or higher qualification and at least two years in related work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required.
• At least two years of experience in insurance servicing, administration, operations or customer service preferred.
• Experience in life or general insurance is advantageous.
• Must be willing to learn the other insurance area.

Responsibilities

• Attend to client enquiries relating to life and general insurance policies.
• Assist with life and GI claims submissions, documentation and follow-ups.
• Coordinate policy-servicing requests, endorsements and renewals with clients and insurers.
• Monitor outstanding premiums, unsuccessful deductions and pending documentation.
• Track renewal dates and follow up to prevent lapsing.
• Submit and monitor servicing requests through insurers' portals.
• Provide timely updates on outstanding claims and servicing matters.
• Maintain records of follow-ups and completed actions.
• Monitor business emails and highlight urgent matters.

Salary:S$2,800-S$3,500 per month, commensurate with experience

Role Overview

We are a growing financial advisory practice seeking a dependable and organised Insurance Servicing & Operations Executive to support our life insurance and general insurance business.

You will work closely with the Agency Director and serve as the main coordinator for client servicing, claims, renewals, policy administration and daily business operations.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys varied responsibilities, takes ownership of assigned matters and is comfortable working in a small but growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Servicing:

• Attend to client enquiries relating to life and general insurance policies
• Assist with life and GI claims submissions, documentation and follow-ups
• Coordinate policy-servicing requests, endorsements and renewals with clients and insurers
• Monitor outstanding premiums, unsuccessful deductions and pending documentation
• Track renewal dates and follow up proactively to prevent policies from lapsing
• Submit and monitor servicing requests through insurers' online portals
• Provide clients with timely updates on outstanding claims and servicing matters
• Maintain proper records of all follow-ups and completed actions

Operations and Administrative Support:

• Monitor business emails and highlight matters requiring urgent attention or follow-up
• Maintain accurate client, policy, claims and renewal records in the CRM system
• Prepare forms, letters, reports and other administrative documents
• Organise client files and ensure documentation is complete and properly recorded
• Coordinate client appointments, meetings and follow-up activities
• Support the Agency Director with day-to-day business administration
• Assist with recruitment advertisements, candidate records and interview scheduling
• Perform other reasonable operational and administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification
• At least two years of experience in insurance servicing, administration, operations or customer service is preferred
• Experience in life insurance or general insurance will be an advantage
• Candidates experienced in one insurance area must be willing to learn the other
• Familiarity with insurer portals, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is advantageous
• Strong written and spoken English
• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple cases
• Responsible and proactive, with strong follow-through
• Comfortable communicating with clients and insurers by email, telephone and WhatsApp
• Able to work independently after receiving appropriate guidance and training
• Able to handle confidential client and business information professionally
