Income Insurance Limited is seeking a Telesales Executive to drive telemarketing of general insurance products to existing and prospective customers in Singapore. You will articulate clear product knowledge, recommend suitable policies, and strive to cross-sell and up-sell while maintaining high call quality and sales KPI targets.

Strong verbal communication and professional phone manner are essential. This role requires meeting daily call quotas and collaborating with Team Managers on sales

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Levels, 3 O Levels passes or NITEC certification.
• Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI are a plus.
• Past experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
• Professional and well-spoken over the phone.
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated and persuasive in recommending suitable products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote general insurance products with clear product knowledge.
• Entrench a strong brand image of Income through clear and honest sales pitch.
• Recommend suitable policies to address customers' needs and actively identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Follow-up on enquiries and promote direct business product activations.
• Achieve KPI of sales performance, call quality and operational standards.
• Work closely with Team Managers for business development and implementation of sales strategies.
