• Extensive experience in general insurance broking, underwriting, risk consulting, or corporate insurance management (8+ years).
• Proven experience handling commercial and corporate insurance programmes.
• Strong exposure to Property, Terrorism, all classes of Liability, Work Injury Compensation, Marine Cargo insurance classes and other general insurances.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and delivering business results.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior staff.

About Us

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Portfolio Management
   • Experience managing a sizeable portfolio of mid-market and large corporate accounts
   • Ability to develop and execute account strategies, renewal plans, and long-term insurance programmes
   • Track record of achieving high client retention and growth
2. Business Development
   • Demonstrate success in winning new business and developing key client relationships
   • Experience leading tender submissions, presentations, and broker reviews
   • Establish networks within the insurance market and corporate sector
3. Claims & Risk Management Expertise
   • Ability to conduct claim reviews, loss analysis, and risk management discussions
   • Experience advising clients on insurance programme optimisation and risk financing solutions
   • Familarity with handling large and complex claims

Requirements

• Extensive experience in general insurance broking, underwriting, risk consulting, or corporate insurance management (typically 8+ years)
• Proven experience handling commericla and corporate insurance programmes

• Recognised specialist in corporate risk and insurance program design
• Strong understanding of alternative risk transfer, captives, and structured solutions

2. Market Influence

• Established relatioship with major insurers and reinsurers
• Strong understanding of the Singapore insurance market and ability to build effective insurer and client relationships

3. Digital & Analytical Capability

• Ability to leverage analytics for claims trending, loss ratio analysis, and insurance programme optimisation
• Experience using client insights and data-driven recommendations to improve retention and growth

Qualifications Or Equivalent Recognised Insurance Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in one or more of the following domains:
