Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Team Leader for One-Ninety Restaurant. You will lead from the floor, inspire the service team and ensure guests receive warm, attentive and professional dining experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in captain or supervisory roles in luxury-hotel dining, with a diploma in hospitality. You will train staff, manage service flow, handle guest engagement and contribute to a premium guest journey.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Captain or equivalent supervisory role in a luxury hotel.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, delivering attentive, warm service throughout the dining journey.
• Inspire and guide the service team to uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Train team members daily through guidance, feedback, and on-the-floor coaching.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Manage restaurant opening/closing, menus, and guest inquiries with confidence.
