Responsibilities

• Maintain daily kitchen operations and station setups.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure sanitary work area.
• Adhere to recipes and accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Communicate with Sous Chefs and Executive Chef about menu items.
