Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking a Dining Reservations Executive to manage reservations across all hotel restaurants and bars. You will respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, while promoting dining experiences and maximizing revenue.

Bring a Diploma in Hospitality Management and at least 1 year in customer service, preferably in hospitality/F&B; a positive, professional demeanor is essential. Prior experience with Four Seasons is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service/call centre, preferably hospitality/F&B.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.

• Manage dining reservations for all hotel restaurants and bars across platforms.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online booking.
• Promote dining concepts and upsell to increase revenue.
• Coordinate Private Dining Room bookings and monitor availability.
• Assist with forecasting seating occupancy and events revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing/PR to reflect availability across channels.
• Provide support to festive desk operations and assist with F&B operations when required.
