Job Responsibilities
- Meet with patients to obtain information about their complaints, symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, and psychological health in order to diagnose diseases, physiological disorders or injuries;
- Develop a treatment plan based on the diagnosis and explain procedures to patients and prepare them for treatment;
- Provide professional traditional services and treatments;
- Comply with quality, safety, and infection prevention protocols, as well as laws and regulations;
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
Job Requirements
- Completion of a three-to four-year diploma or degree program in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture from recognized medical schools;
- Experience in orthopaedics is a valued asset;
- Experience in treating pain using cupping and herbs is an asset;
- Have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills and are able to build long-term relationships with customers;
- Be able to effectively work and communicate with other practitioners in a team environment
