Job summary

Eastern Healing TCM Clinic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable clinic assistant to support TCM physicians with daily operations at our Clementi clinic.

You will handle customer queries, register and schedule appointments, assist in dispensary and payment collection, and help keep the clinic clean and orderly. Fluency in Chinese and English is highly valued, and you should be patient, reliable and able to multi-task.

Qualifications

• No experience required but preferable to have a certificate in TCM Assistant.
• Minimum of GCE 'O' Levels and/or other relevant TCM courses.
• Ability to converse in both Chinese and English is highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sales aptitude.
• Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision.

We are a TCM practice with 20 years of history, hiring a capable clinic assistant to assist TCM physicians with clinic operations at our Clementi clinic. The clinic assistant should be customer oriented, patient and hardworking.
