Job summary

EASTERN HEALING TCM CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites applications for a Clinic Assistant to support TCM physicians and front-desk operations.

You will handle customer queries, register and schedule appointments, assist in dispensary and payment collection, and help maintain a clean, orderly clinic environment. No experience required, but a TCM Assistant certificate and bilingual English/Chinese are highly valued. This clinic is located at 345 Clementi Ave 5.

Qualifications

• No experience required but preferable to have a certificate in TCM Assistant.
• Minimum of GCE O Levels and/or other relevant TCM courses.
• Ability to converse in English and Chinese is highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sales aptitude.
• Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision.

We are a TCM practice with clinics in Macpherson, Telok Blangah and Clementi. We have 20 years of history and are hiring at our clinic situated at 345 Clementi Ave 5.

We are looking for a capable clinic assistant to assist the TCM physicians with clinic operations. The clinic assistant should be customer oriented, patient and hardworking.

Salary will commensurate with industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their queries.
• Registration and scheduling of appointments for customers.
• Dispensary of medicine and collection of payment.
• Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy at all times.

Qualifications

• No experience required but preferable to have a certificate in TCM Assistant
