Job summary

HAN TCM Medical is hiring a Clinic Assistant to support daily operations across Toa Payoh and other clinic branches in Singapore. You will handle appointment scheduling, registration, patient records, and basic payments while dispensing TCM medicines as needed.

No experience required; both full-time and part-time positions are welcome. Candidates should be able to read and converse fluently in Chinese to read labels and communicate with patients, with a basic English foundation preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; prior TCM/healthcare experience is a plus.
• Able to read and converse fluently in Chinese to read and dispense TCM medicine labels in Chinese and converse with patients who are largely Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle appointment scheduling and patient registration; maintain patient records.
• Dispense TCM medicine and collect payments.
