Work you’ll do
  • Work with Vietnam T&L Business Leader and Risk Group, Southeast Asia (SEA) T&L Quality & Risk Leader and Team to execute quality and risk plan and strategies, and where required, execution of SEA and Asia Pacific quality and risk initiatives;
  • Develop and foster a consultation network and intelligent risk culture within the T&L practice in Vietnam and SEA;
  • Assist in developing policy, processes, tools and templates to enable T&L professionals in Vietnam and SEA to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining compliance with reputation and risk management policies, as well as legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Provide consultation on queries raised by Vietnam and SEA T&L personnel in a timely manner;
  • Review legal documents on a daily basis such as contracts, NDAs, engagement letters, bidding documents, and communicate with clients’ legal team to manage arising contractual risks;
  • Review client and engagement acceptance and risk assessment processes on a daily basis;
  • Conduct internal practice reviews, in‑flight reviews and spot checks on T&L personnel compliance with internal policies;
  • Track and monitor T&L personnel compliance with Firm’s policies, evaluate non‑compliances under disciplinary policies and issue warning letters;
  • Deliver risk management learning programs to Vietnam and SEA T&L professionals;
  • Other tasks as required to support the T&L quality and risk program.
Requirements
  • A graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum GPA of 3, with at least 1 year of professional service experience;
  • Law graduate, or experience in technology assets risk management, internal risk management, quality risk or regulatory management department is an advantage;
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills, technology savvy and demonstrate strong attention to detail;
  • Capability to work independently and collaborate with teams across different businesses and geographies in a cohesive environment;
  • Display high levels of energy, drive and professional ethics;
  • Able to work in our Ho Chi Minh office (work from office daily is mandatory);
  • Able to travel overseas when required.
