Job summary

MYM Work is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to identify potential candidates, engage professionals, and understand their career aspirations. This role offers a hands-on path to develop sourcing, communication and business development skills.

You will conduct outbound outreach, screen candidates, arrange meetings and present opportunities, while working toward recruitment targets in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or marketing is an advantage.
