Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will create compelling job ads, publish them on portals and social media, and actively source candidates to fill roles.

You will review applications, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding. A KPI-driven, fast-paced environment awaits.

Job Responsibilities :

Create engaging and effective job advertisements and publish them across relevant job portals and social media platforms.

Proactively source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels, including direct sourcing and headhunting.

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Coordinate and facilitate the interview and selection process between candidates and hiring managers.

Discuss salary expectations, employment terms, and benefits with selected candidates, and facilitate the offer process.

Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment databases, and applicant tracking systems.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.
