Job summary

The People Lab Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a recruitment professional to source and engage candidates across portals and social networks, coordinating interviews and screenings.

You will support social media recruitment campaigns, recruit events, and maintain a robust candidate pipeline while providing admin support and generating basic reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, BD, or customer service.
• Experience in recruitment, financial services, or agencies is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates.
• Comfortable outbound calls and proactive candidate outreach.
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates via portals, social media, referrals and networks.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Engage and follow up with prospective candidates, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interviews and recruitment briefings
• Support the planning and execution of social media recruitment campaigns to promote career opportunities, events, seminars, and recruitment activities
• Assist with recruitment events, including candidate invitations, registration, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up
• Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate recruitment records
• Support the creation and posting of recruitment content across relevant social media platforms
• Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment activities, documentation, scheduling, and onboarding
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and updates for management

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer service
• Experience in recruitment, financial services, or recruitment agency will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential candidates
• Comfortable making outbound calls, sending messages, and proactively approaching prospective candidates
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
• Positive attitude with strong people skills
