Job summary

Kuailu Intelligent Office is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technology-driven teams. You will partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective sourcing and selection strategies.

You will manage multiple roles across Singapore, Hong Kong and China, ensuring timely fills while maintaining high hiring quality. Fluent English is required; Mandarin is an advantage to engage with multilingual stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or above.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, AI, Internet or fast-growing companies.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing experience.
• Fluent in English; Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience recruiting across Singapore/Hong Kong/China is highly preferred.

Job description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines while maintaining high hiring quality.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions and locations.

2. Talent Sourcing

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, headhunting and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for both local and international candidates.
• Continuously explore new recruitment channels and improve sourcing efficiency.

3. Recruitment Operations & Performance

• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring progress reports.
• Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring cost and hiring effectiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment and company policies.

Requirements
